There are various things that happen in the Skylight on a weekly basis. Most of these take place on Sunday’s and center around Youth Group (UYMF) and SonLight (Sunday School). We also have a leadership team that meets weekly that we call The Core. For more information on either of these, please click on their links. The rest of our weekly events are described below.

Share Groups

These small groups of 5-10 people meet once a week regularly throughout the school year. Share groups are led by two adult counselors and are an opportunity for teens to meet together in a 100% confidential environment to share their struggles and successes as a teenage Christian. Groups are open for new members for the first two weeks of every semester; after that date the groups are closed to build trust between the existing members.

New share groups can always be formed. Get a group of people together, find a couple of counselors, and talk to Steve for more information!

Choirs

Youth choirs are led by Bill Shortal. They meet from 5:00 - 6:00 Sunday afternoons beginning in September. There is also a Youth Bell Choir that meets from 4:00-5:00 Sunday afternoons.

Open Skylight

The Skylight gym is open Sunday nights from 5:00 to 6:15, and the Skylight game room is open Sunday nights from 5:00 to 6:15.
